The Experience I Want You to Have

All concierge therapy sessions will take place outside of a traditional office space. If weather does not permit or you are not an “outdoor” person, together we will find a quaint indoor location. You will not find me in an office embellished with all of my stuff! Instead, I want to meet you where you find peace and serenity so that we comfortably address your needs. If you are too busy to get away from the office for extended periods of time and there is a tranquil environment that you enjoy nearby, that’s where I’ll meet you. If you haven’t yet created a safe space where you can think freely and clear your mind, I will help you find it. It may be a scenic overlook, a quiet nook on a hike, a private club, a soothing spot on the rocks at the beach, the places are endless in LA! We will find your safe space.

Open-air therapy feels less formal, increases access for people who would not engage in traditional services, curbs anxiety for young people who may find formal settings intimidating, and it provides a more human experience with a greater sense of freedom. It’s tailored to meet your needs! Open-air therapy brings the opportunity to draw on the experiences of being in nature to complement the therapy process, such as using the changing weather to mirror experiences of changing times like grieving or recovery or even using sensory aspects to develop skills in breathing exercises and mindfulness.

Unchain your joy.

Is privacy and confidentiality a concern? During our first meeting, a plan for maintaining your privacy when we are out in public will be established. If you ever feel unsafe or a bit of discomfort in our selected location, we will quickly adjust. It’s about you and what feels good!

We’ll be talking about ‘moving forward’ as we are actually moving forward on the path, building muscle memory of how you can progress and leave the distress behind. Whichever course you choose to take, there will be opportunity to unload unwanted stuff and leave it right there as we continue to push on. Let’s go!

To support clients through difficult times I often use the metaphor that we are the sky, and our emotions are the weather; the weather changes constantly, but we remain throughout. Connect with me. I’ll meet you where you are! I can’t wait to start this journey with you.

Peace and Love,
