Where is your favorite thinking place? In a serene garden? A beautiful scenic overlook? The endless ocean? A quaint coffee shop? Let me know and I'll meet you there!

Who’s That Girl?

Aisha, a licensed clinical social worker, has been a therapist for more than 15 years. She is a native Angelino who received both her Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California. While practicing privately, Aisha also worked in both corporate and hospital settings at an executive level. After a transition to a full-time private practice, she has tailored services for those who lead busy lives and would benefit from concierge therapy. She understands the struggle of maintaining healthy work / family dynamics while forgetting to make time for yourself! Aisha’s concierge therapy services are tailored to meet your specific needs.

Open-Air Therapy

Aisha sees open-air therapy as a positive sign that the stigma of therapy is fading. You no longer have to duck into a building so no one sees you meeting with a therapist. Instead, you’re just out and about chatting.  If you’re the client in an office, it’s someone else’s territory, their space, their art, their chairs. In the great outdoors, it’s everyone’s space. This combines the benefits of conventional indoor therapy with the benefits of connecting with the natural world. If you prefer to sit, she recommends meeting in locations where you receive the added benefit of fresh air and natural vitamin D. Overall, with open-air therapy, clients are invigorated and feel increased creativity.

Aisha believes strongly in the benefits of open-air therapy. She finds that many people are more comfortable walking or sitting alongside her rather than sitting face-to-face in an office. Having face-to-face conversations are often awkward. Clients say there is something liberating about being in a neutral space. Open-air therapy is especially amazing for individuals who find it difficult to stay in one place for an extended period. Movement helps to process feelings and thoughts more clearly. Clients seem to have an easier time opening up in a more organic way being outside of an office space.

In respect of your time, Aisha offers telemedicine options as well. You pick your “quiet spot”, she tunes in to meet you wherever you are. Telemedicine offers the flexibility of convenient therapy when there are scheduling conflicts (travel, meetings, deadlines, etc.). There are no reasons to disrupt the process. Aisha is there to meet your needs.

The Experience

All concierge therapy sessions will take place outside of a traditional office space. If weather does not permit or you are not an “outdoor” person, together we will find a quaint indoor location. You will not find me in an office embellished with all of my stuff! Instead, I want to meet you where you find peace and serenity so that we comfortably address your needs. If you are too busy to get away from the office for extended periods of time and there is a tranquil environment that you enjoy nearby, that’s where I’ll meet you. If you haven’t yet created a safe space where you can think freely and clear your mind, I will help you find it. It may be a scenic overlook, a quiet nook on a hike, a private club, a soothing spot on the rocks at the beach, the places are endless in LA! We will find your safe space.
